Give credit where credit is due: JS website has been an excellent source of candidate and campaign information. Bravo.

All this chatter about the McShanes behind this blog. If you read it, it's Friedman & Friends pissed about Servais' bullshit about the Lake Whatcom deal or whatever. It's all right there. At least the blog's honest about it.

I bet this blog keeps going long after Dan Pike is elected mayor. Has nothing to do with Pike.

Yes, JS has provided a public service.

And now we have "enhanced" public service with the comment feature.

Why is the comment feature a threat to JS? I know why HE sees it as one (control freaks hate to lose control) but why is Tip so upset? He's posting along with everyone else.

Me, upset? Not at all. I have disagreed with John on many issues. Sure am glad he's been doing what he does, though. Just want to underscore that Servais' anonymous detractors on this blog lack the energy to assemble their own content, the intelligence to synthesize meaningful opinions, the focus to stick to actual issues and any real interest in furthering real dialog.

Tip-- Site's young yet and Servais has posted little to respond to other than self-referential self-pity. I understand... he's probably busy... revising.

You say you want real dialog but I don't exactly see you starting any. As for anon, who can blame anyone with JS is out there hollering he'll seek legal action, etc. Its fun to see the tables turned, even if this blog only lasts 48 hours.

I'll stay anonymous for now...

John made the accusation that McShane somehow organized this insurgent web site. He leaves these little fantasies up on his web site with only his paranoia for confirmation.

Now he expects someone who had nothing to do with the web site to friggin call him to apologize or something?

When/if JS ever figures out who did start this fun blogger enhancement will he offer a written retraction or apology to Mr. McShane?

Naaah.

Well, it sure as heck ain't the Pike campaign! Read it all for yourself.

Self-destruct all you want. That's the fatal flaw of so-called "liberal" environmentalists!

[ Tip gone fishin in the shallow pool and cotcht two snappers with his lures! ]

Not terribly interesting, this site. About the only thing that would prompt a return visit by most people would be a DMCA or false light defamation suit. And the chances of that are pretty slim.

But what fun if the anonymity were stripped off and made available in public court documents.

I wondered if the foulmouthed FB would be able to restrain herself. Guess not.

Tip,
Settle, settle. Easy boy.

How did issues get replaced with personalities?

Remember, issues.

Hey, that was just another "lure" for the "shallow pool"! How's a guy sposed to have some fun in a tawdry ex-mill town? I don't feel like driving over to Trader Joe's.

Where is JS these days, anyway, Tipsy? These thin half-hearted posts are hardly up to his usual bluster.
